The health of your child directly effects their ability to learn in school. My goal is to work with you in a partnership to keep your child healthy. Communication with me is one of the main ways we can achieve this goal. Please feel free to contact me at anytime. The direct phone number to the healthroom is 739-3191 and my email address is kpmurphy@lex2.org. As we work together we will help your child have a healthy and successful school year! In the event your children need to take prescription or non prescription medication at school, please find below in the "nurse files" section the permission slip that must accompany the medication. Another important note about medication: I must have the actual written prescription from the health care practitioner before I can administer the medication at school. Your practitioner or pharmacy can assist you with this matter.
